SAMBAL MATAH Shallot and lemongrass relish

Ingredients:
100 g shallot, sliced
3 stalks lemongrass, white part only, sliced
80 g long Red Chili, sliced
10 g hot chili red, sliced
1 pc kaffir Lime, Juice
10 g shrimp paste, roasted
40 cc vegetable 0il, heated to make warm
Salt to taste

Methods:
Mix all ingredients and season with salt
Yields: 300 g
